A bit about me

I’m Janie, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Benfleet, Essex. I provide private one-to-one sessions in my fully equipped home gym, alongside personalised online coaching to help clients achieve their performance goals.I specialise in sports conditioning, fat loss, pre- and post-natal recovery, and helping my clients become stronger, fitter, and more confident in themselves.I’m fully qualified in first aid and defibrillator use, so you’re always in safe hands.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’re ready to commit to your goals, follow a plan, and have expert guidance along the way - you’re a great fit. I work with all experience levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.

What’s the difference between online coaching and face-to-face sessions?
Face-to-face sessions happen in my private home gym where we train together in real time. Online coaching is remote - you get a customised program, check-ins, and support via an app so you can train anywhere.

How quickly will I see results?
It depends on your starting point, consistency, and goals - but most clients notice progress in the first 4–6 weeks. I’ll make sure your plan is set up for steady, sustainable results.

Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. I’ll meet you where you’re at and build your plan around your current ability, whether you’re brand new to training or have years of experience.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?
We’ll work with whatever you have available - from a fully equipped gym to just a few dumbbells at home. Your program will be adapted to your resources.

What if I have an injury or health condition?
I’ll tailor your training so it’s safe, effective, and works around any limitations, with a focus on improving movement and preventing further issues.

Can I switch between online and face-to-face coaching?
Yes - if your situation changes, we can adjust your plan so you can keep progressing no matter where you are, as long as you’re local enough for in-person sessions. Please note that face-to-face availability is limited and often fully booked, so switching may depend on space opening up.
